In vitro fibrosis assays
Customized fibrosis assays for early-stage drug discovery
Our single-culture platform models fibrotic responses in human primary cells from skin, liver, lung, heart, kidney and beyond, while our kidney-specific co-culture model mimics key cell–cell interactions. Both deliver quantitative readouts such as collagen and ECM secretion, α-SMA expression and fibrotic gene profiles, providing physiologically relevant tools to accelerate antifibrotic research.
You have a specific project, contact us and we will be happy to propose you a study plan fitting your specific needs.

We has optimized a panel of in vitro fibrosis assays using human primary fibroblasts (renal, liver, lung, cardiac and skin) enabling the study of fibrosis related parameters (i.e. fibronectin or alpha-SMA expression, or extra-cellular matrix secretion) in defined pro-fibrotic conditions :
- Primary cells
- Automated evaluation
- Evaluation of Fibroblast-to-Myofibrolast
- Quantification of extra-cellular secretions

Our DuoXProx™, the kidney-specific co-culture assay, combines proximal tubular cells and renal fibroblasts in optimized medium within a single system, enabling the evaluation of fibrosis-related parameters while reproducing the cellular crosstalk driving pathological remodelling.

- Customizable stressors
- Customizable with multi-parameters analysis
